MELBET TO SPONSOR BRIGHT STARS IN A MULTIMILLION PARTNERSHIP DEAL.
MelBet Uganda has unveiled a new sponsorship partnership in a space of 7 days with current top flight Uganda Premier League club Bright stars FC in a multimillion sponsorship deal signed with Bright stars Football club.
The launch of this partnership was graced by the MelBet Uganda Country Director, Mr. Andrew Kamwesigye alongside his Digital Manager, Mr. Nick Sakwa and Sales Manager Mrs. Nassuna Teopista while Soltilo Bright Stars FC team was represented by the Director Mr. Harold Atukwase and Technical Director Mr. Ian Mutenda.
The 2022-2023 season will see Bright Stars FC appear with the MelBet logo at the back of the of the match day jersey and the front of both the training jersey and the warm up Jersey. The company will also provide replica jerseys for the fans at a subsidized cost. Also, MelBet will facilitate the technical team, talent & youth development of the youth squad and facilitation to away games in the Uganda premier league.
Mr. Andrew Kamwesigye the MelBet Uganda country director statement during the press conference “We are delighted to be partnering with Bright stars and we are happy to enter into a marriage with them. We believe in Bright Stars basing on their organization and we are hopeful of excelling together during the new football campaign and we are definitely here to stay.”
Bright Stars FC Director Harold Atukwase stated,” It’s a monumental deal since we are making 25 years as a club and 10 years in the Uganda Premier League. This is a big step for us as a club and I appreciate them for holding our hand and I would like to make a commitment to them that we will continue to grow, improve and shine.” Bright Stars Technical Director Mr. Ian Mutenda stated that. “We are excited to have MelBet as a partner and we assure the fans that the clubs football position in the Uganda Premier league shall be onwards and upwards.
MelBet Uganda Digital manager, Nick Sakwa stated in the press conference that, “MelBet has been operating in Uganda for the past two years as an online betting company and within this short time we have a proven track record in supporting Ugandan sports. As MelBet we’re excited to be part of Bright stars FC because of it’s a very impressive football club with a great talent development project.”
